"The place is rather nice with friendly neighbors. But as a visitor, the guardhouse was a nightmare. Guard is happily stationed in his little air conditioned room while using his fingers and waving around, expecting guests to stand in the hot sun, scan and fill up a form full of unnecessary information, followed by demanding identification card even though it was against the law. Rarely see such rude behaviors considering that these staffs are the first things that people sees whenever they enter the condo."

"Given the good location, which I agree with. I think the asking rent price for the apartment units are ridiculous. 5k plus for a 3 bedroom apartment with such pitiful condo facilities The facilities are not even well maintained. Interior of many units are so dated. I could find a HDB 3 bedroom for half of the price and beautifully renovated on a high floor. I rather rent for the HDB apartment next door, on a higher floor with all the convenience and nice views. I will still have excess for gym membership or country club membership. Hardly any car in the basement showing that this is mainly a cash cow for landlords milking away tenants. Seriously, an old condominium asking for the sky with no efforts made to provide value for tenants."
