"Very luxurious and spacious feel, both indoors and out doors unlike the typical Newton or Cairnhill condos where there is lots of wasted space and sub optimal internal layouts. Maintenance fee could be a tad higher than the average condo, but it is actually typical in Cairnhill area, considering the size of the apartments. Top notch facilities and very accessible by both train and car"

"This is a good place to stay. Its close to Orchard road, MRT, bus station. They have fully furnished apartments with large clean swimming pools for adults and children, spa and jacuzzi area. There is also a tennis court, basketball court and a gym, parking in the basement. There is also apartment cleaning service and free breakfast. Everything was great, the service was attentive and helpfull. It would be great if the breakfast was changed regularly menu with more green vegetables. I will me staying here longer."

"Orchard Scotts Residences is a 3 building facility, where the majority of the places are rented flats mainly by foreigners. Each building gets its own concierge service. The place get a nice park with many recreational facilties (2 tennis court, 1 baskett ball, 1 openair gym, one inhouse gym and 6 pools in different sizes (olimpic size 50 meter included). The Newton MRT metro station is just 2 minutes walk. The orchard road shopping centers are 10 minutes walk."

"Visited the service apartments. Asked for directions from a guard near the drive in and she gave me completely wrong directions to the wrong block. The concierge staff were nice though."
