"Went for a viewing. Very nice & quiet environment, gives you the feeling that you are staying in a resort. Site is big and able to have an evening stroll within the development. Security guard is alert. Near to upcoming Hume station completing in 2025. Near to nature reserves is a big plus."

"It is old but units are spacious and landscape is beautiful. Great for nature lovers. But many residents are in the older age group who have lived here for long time quietly so I don't think it is the most suitable place for families with young kids. In general, neighbors are NOT kids-friendly nor very understanding, they hate noise that kids are making. If you don't have kids or your kids are big enough, you can consider it but public transportation is another hurdle for those who need to go to CBD for work everyday."

"The management communicates well and maintains the property nicely. Security guards are alert and friendly. This has a nice location and will soon (construction starting in q4 of 2020) be within a short walk of a new MRT station."
