"I went for a unit viewing for Rental. The building is far from being a condominium, as they say. It has not any amenities. Its old and lacks cleaning and maintenance. As theres an old construction, the Units are spacious but still doesn't worth paying what they ask. The location is pretty good but it is facing construction and it must be noisy for sure."

"I live here - The overall maintenance of this condo has deteriorated over time and the management does not pay attention to regular upkeep. Off late they have cut down on manpower like security personnel at the gate causing more inconvenience to tenants."
