"I live here at QBay residences. Its a big residential complex that also has a lot of amenities. There are 7 swimming pools (3 of them very expansive and also a dedicate kids pool), 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, steam room, multiple cabanas with BBQ grilles and a multipurpose rooms. You get a lot more floor area at a cheaper rate than CBD. Theres places to eat and shop around and multiple MRT stations 3-10 minutes away."

"Agreed a super low class condo with gangster guard that shout over intercom. Dare not walk out but just shout over intercom dog. Worst then a dog coward guard. Got what kind of management will have what kind of guard. Whoever u behind the intercom shouting pls take note you are only a guard. Please educate yourself if you think you are tough step outside try shout."
