"The villa block are price much higher than the tower block. Villa block layout are better because they are more squarish. Among the villa block, tower 7 and 9 are the best stack. Tower 7 is at the corner with view on both sides. Tower 9 has the harbor view and near to club house and pool."

"The facing of the project is very important. Different layouts and facing have very different psf. The difference can be more than $700psf, larger units also sells for higher psf. The villa block generally has a better layout, and pillars are at the side compared to the tower block. A good unit for tower block is sea facing and good views. "

"You get the most from block 33, there are 12 units with similar layout and breathtaking views of the Keppel Club Golf Course, Marina at Keppel Bay and the sea. I caught the views from a high floor unit which is put up on the market for sale and for rent. Truly amazing!"

"Reflections at Keppel Bay is a majestic and iconic world class development designed by the internationally renowned master architect, Daniel Libeskind. Housed within 6 sky towers and 11 villa-style apartments block are 1,129 stunning waterfront homes, ranging from 2-bedroom to 4-bedroom apartments to spacious penthouses and the 13,300 square feet grand penthouse which features 6 bedrooms and a huge entertainment lounge. "

"Lived here for 4+ years 2018-2022. Absolutely amazing complex, with us still pinching ourselves that we lived in such a place. Waterfront location, with the pool regularly featuring in articles on Singapore's top condo pools. Fantastic gym and clubhouse too. Like all condos in Singapore the management has ups and downs, but generally all was fine for us. The golf course behind is soon closing for more homes, so could become noisy unfortunately. Despite this, Reflections remains as one of Singapore's best condos hands down."
