Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"Ris Grandeur is probably the only Freehold condo with full facilities in Pasir Ris. Its within walking distance to Elias Mall, West Plaza, Tampines Meridien JC and primary & secondary schools. It is also within walking distance to OFS international school. Park connector next to estate leads to Pasir Ris park approx 1km. Facilities include underground parking, overground visitor parking. Resort style swimming pool, deck, heated bubble pool, bbq pits, children's pool, playground, gym, basketball court, clubhouse. Very family centric condo. Units are larger than most new condos. Ris Grandeur boasts the unique 3 storey penthouses ranging from 3000 to 4000 sqft 3 and 4 bedrooms. Security & building mamagement are friendly and prompt. As an owner occupier, my experience with my neighbours is just like my old Sembawang kampung days. Friendly and relaxed. Its been my best property investment in terms of value and lifestyle. "

"Ris Grandeur is close to TPE for convenience but just far enough not to be disturbed by traffic noise. Food and grocery stores in Elias Mall and West Plaza are both within walking distance. Is next to the park connector giving easy access to Pasir Ris Park. Ris Grandeur is the only freehold condominium in the area with resort feel due to the green acreage and water features. Other great points is the estate's proximity to Meridian Tampines JC, UWC, Temasek Poly and walking distance to Overseas Family School. We love the ambience and lifestyle in one of the best estates in Pasir Ris with full facilities. Fact check - Ris Grandeur is one of the few condos with pent-houses that offer usable living space for 3 generation families."
