With a land area of 11,000ha, the East Region is the smallest and second most densely populated of the five regions in Singapore. The region is a key aviation hub, housing the Paya Lebar Air Base and Changi Naval Base. Major airlines such as Singapore Airlines, Scoot and Jetstar also has their head offices in the area. Other major economic activity includes manufacturing, with industrial estates in Bedok, Changi, Pasir Ris, Tampines and Paya Lebar. Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"Notice the 5-star or good reviews are from property agents trying to make this place seem more desirable. Read the other reviews, it is true that it is extremely noisy here, the road and constructions -- I'm quite disappointed in myself for not realising when I was viewing the apartments here. I would like to add my own personal experience at Blk 10. There are often works done on the outer building, cannot enjoy the scenery as the workers are hanging outside the window, talking loudly amongst themselves and looking into your house. What's worse is that the ropes keep swinging violently against something outside, making extremely loud thud sounds, every time my heart skips a beat as I worry the window is going to break. They also don't remove the ropes so the sounds continue throughout the night whenever the wind blows. Very inconsiderate because this carries on for weeks and weeks. Very terrible, not conducive for sleeping, working or relaxing."

Stone away from East Coast Park and future Siglap MRT station, the residents truly enjoys a great lifestyle with resort style facilities and a good size balcony that overlooks the beautiful sea view Im glad that my client had made a right choice with the development"

"Very noisy, cannot sleep well at night, keep waking up due to loud noises from motorcycle engine sounds on the highway, hoards of motorcycles driving through from evening and throughout the whole night, and MRT construction going on even at 3am-4am. Many inbuilt appliances are poor quality too with many bugs, doesn't function well despite being brand new. Staying near the beach sounds like a very nice idea and concept, but the nightmare begins when actually staying here..."
