"I really like this development. I have seen at least 20 places in the prime districts and I love this one most. I can walk to Velocity in 1 second (directly linked)! The place is nice and all my expat friends simply would not sift to anywhere else. This place is like a resort. "

"Convenient location: within 1km of good schools. Novena MRT is just at your door step. Sheltered path. Amenities are good with Don Donki, Cold Storage & NTUC at Velocity & Square 2 just beside the property. Lots of food places around the area including local street food. Medical hub so this condo is popular with doctors. Most things are within a short walking distance and Orchard is 2 MRT stops away. Decent build quality: good layout - squarish & efficient with minimum wasted space, nice finishing, well maintained. Dining area can fit an 8-seater. Downside is that theres a pillar at the corner of the master bedroom. Unblocked views Singapore Flyer & Marina Bay visible in the distance. Can catch fireworks during National Day. Full condo facilities: awesome swimming pool with cabanas. Reminds me of the big swimming pools featured for hip Las Vegas Summer Pool Parties. 3 beautiful BBQ pit areas. 2 tennis courts for 417 condo units. Spa area. Small gym on 20/F with a view. Small soccer area for kids. Kids & family friendly. Calming greenery and well spaced condo grounds."
