New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"We recently bought a 2 bedroom unit @ The Plaza. Excellent location with an excellent view. We would love to stay this house once our children are independent enough and have their own home. Its a choice location and prime land for any developers or buyers out there. "

"Nice easy place to get around, good selection of restaurants (including nice japanese restaurant) a 7-11 store and another convenience store, one coffee shop on the outside I saw, offices, and at least two bridal dress stores. Not too big, so it's easy to find your way around"
