"My unit faces Kim Seng Road but fortunately, am on a high floor. Can hear the traffic but feels more like white noise in the background. The connectivity, accessibility and amenities nearby are excellent. It has full condo facilities but I dont really use any of them. Expect for the pool sometimes - prefer walking or jogging at the park connector or along Robertson Quay - plus there are a lot of units so the maintenance fee is high in my opinion."

"Really nice place... Very convenient (near buses and train station and other amenities) but once inside, it's idyllic. I especially love the pools on 2 levels. Ample parking and lifts as well. Views are not blocked too."

"Great Condominium 5 minutes walk from Great World City Shopping Mall. With a good pool and gym we have lived on site for 3.5 years. Nearby, crossing the river behind the building, there are good cafes and restaurants with good local and international food. Try the seafood restaurant where they serve good white wines with various sea feutis, or the Beer Bar Ginza Lion where there is a good and cold Japanese beer with great snacks to accompany your coolest beer!"
