"Quality of the building & finishings are extremely sub-standard so if you are a tenant, please BEWARE. The wood parquet flooring would easily get damaged from normal mopping of the floor (and landlord would demand full replacement), the ceiling would peel off from the cement requiring total redo and numerous issues with the built-in kitchen cabinets and toilet where landlord would demand replacement at your tenant cost. Very painful experience. However, the environment of the condo is very conducive of and very safe for young families and pets. Neighbours are friendly and facilities is never crowded. The pool is amazing."
