"The development is very convenient, literally a stone's throw from the Yew Tee MRT station and Yew Tee Point /NTUC directly below. Noise is nicely mitigated in the development, hardly hear the passing trains. Food outlets are within easy reach too. "

"Frequent lift break down, algae, ants and lights problem even though most expensive maintaince fee among Yew Tee Condo. Some Common corridor and level 3 lights are spoil, the timer not consistent as well Swimming pool area; green algae on pool and crack titles Swimming pool area table and chair are not clean frequently Ants around 3rd floor swimming pool and play ground Aircon pipe in guard entrance full of fungus Roof leaking Cannot flush common toilet at swimming pool Small plants are not trim Cracks on outside building Gym treadmill facing toilets Balcony can see ladies toilet Frequently lift downtime"
