"Nice project and open view"

"1 bedder - balcony took much of the space. However, middle and low floor can not open the door and windows to get fresh air. Choose 10th floor and above to avoid smoking lady at the balcony on 4th floor. With the building design, the smoke only go up to the room above. Low/middle floor can smell of Tobacco smoke all day long."
