Applications for Piermont Grand, first EC launch in 2019, open on July 12

Applications for Piermont Grand, the first Executive Condominium (EC) launch this year, will be open for eligible buyers on Friday (July 12) and end on July 22. Bookings are expected to be conducted on July 27, announced City Developments Ltd (CDL), one of the developers behind the project.

Jointly developed by CDL and TID, the 820-unit Piermont Grand is located on Sumang Walk in Punggol. The development is close to two LRT stations – Sumang and Nibong – as well as Punggol MRT Station on the North-East Line.
Shopping, dining and entertainment amenities are located at the nearby Waterway Point, Punggol Plaza, and Oasis Terraces. The upcoming Punggol Town Hub will feature a hawker centre, regional library, and childcare and healthcare facilities.
“As the first EC launch in 2019, and likely the only one for the year, the highly anticipated Piermont Grand stands out with its excellent location and desirable attributes. It is not only near two LRT stations and Punggol MRT station, which is hard to come by for an EC project, but also close to the upcoming Punggol Digital District,” says Chia Ngiang Hong, group general manager of CDL.
The development provides more than 30 facilities including a cantilevered gymnasium alongside a 50m lap pool that overlooks My Waterway@Punggol.
The EC comprises three- to five-bedroom units, and sizes range from 840 sq ft to 1,701 sq ft for a five-bedroom premium penthouse unit. Eligible first-time buyers will be entitled to a CPF housing grant of up to $30,000
