Bespoke Habitat launches short-term accommodation for families

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Property management company and co-living start-up Bespoke Habitat has announced the launch of a new, affordable, short-term accommodation service targeted at families in Singapore. Under this segment, families can rent units located at Bespoke Habitat’s property at 64C Telok Kurau, comprising eight units of two- and three-bedders and penthouses measuring from around 1,000 to 1,600 sq ft. The fully-furnished units are priced between $4,500 and $7,500 per month.

Designed for families, the units have spacious living areas, fully-equipped kitchens and private bedrooms. They also include high-speed Wi-Fi and onsite laundry facilities. Families can rent a unit from three months to a year.

According to Bespoke Habitat, the new offering comes as part of its commitment to providing flexible and affordable housing solutions that cater to the evolving needs of modern families. “Our new short-term accommodation service for families is designed to provide a stress-free and comfortable living experience, with all the amenities that modern families need to thrive,” says Ernee Ong, co-founder of Bespoke Habitat.

Ong adds that a comparable space at a serviced apartment would typically cost around $12,000 to $18,000 monthly.

The launch of the new service follows Bespoke Habitat’s recent expansion of Bespoke Habitat Signatures, its luxe option targeted at senior executives and professionals who prefer space and privacy. Each unit comes equipped with in-house cleaning services like Bespoke CleanPro and BH Aircon Solutions, where all tenants and owners have access to an app and are able to see the last service or cleaning status of their unit.
