CDL previews new London luxury waterfront residences

Singapore-listed property giant City Developments Ltd will preview its newest London residential project at the St Regis Singapore over the weekend of Oct 6 and 7. Strawberry Star is the appointed marketing agency for the project. The luxury development is called Teddington Riverside and overlooks the Teddington Lock on the River Thames in London.
The 240-unit development sits on a 196,022 sq ft site with a 999-year tenure. It comprises 217 apartments of one- to three-bedroom units in four blocks, six townhouses, two duplex apartments, and 15 affordable housing units. Teddington Riverside will offer 24hr security and concierge services, as well as chauffeur service to the nearby Teddington Train Station. The development is expected to be completed next year.

This will be the first time the development is previewed and CDL will offer the 57 units in the five-storey Carlton House and the 19 units in the seven-storey Shepperton House. Units feature Siemens kitchen applicances and Bianco worktops.
Units available include one-bedroom units of 549 sq ft, two-bedroom units of 764 sq ft, and three-bedroom units of 1,152 sq ft. Prices start from £670,000 ($1.2 million) for a one-bedroom, £980,000 for a two-bedroom, and £1.63 million for a three-bedder. Over the preview weekend, an exclusive promotion will be available.

Teddington Riverside is beside The Lensbury – a premium leisure club, conference centre, hotel and spa. Buyers of Teddington Riverside will get membership priority at The Lensbury which also features a watersports centre, gymnasium, squash court and tennis courts.
