Colliers appoints Stephen Bruce as head of real estate management services

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Colliers International has appointed Stephen Bruce as head of real estate management services for its Singapore business, with effect from July 6.

As the executive director and head of real estate management services for Colliers, Bruce – who is based in Singapore – is responsible for leading and driving the real estate management services business in Singapore, which offers asset management, strata management, lease tenancy and facilities management services.

Bruce brings with him 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, including asset management, leasing and management and capital markets across cities in Asia.

Prior to joining Colliers, Bruce was based in Hong Kong, working for another global real estate consultancy where he led the firm’s premium asset management and portfolio leasing services.
