It is zoned for commercial use and is currently fully tenanted, to a clinic on the ground floor and an art school on the second floor. The shophouse is located on a stretch of road comprising Thomson Plaza shopping centre and shophouses housing various eateries, hipster cafes and enrichment centres with various offerings like martial arts, music classes and tuition classes.

It also enjoys direct access to the upcoming Upper Thomson MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line, a three-minute walk away.

Foreigners and businesses are eligible to purchase the property, and no additional buyer stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty will be imposed on the sale.
