Dash Living takes over Hmlet’s property in Sydney

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Co-living operator Dash Living has taken over Hmlet St Peters in Sydney, a property previously managed by Hmlet, another co-living player. (See also: Flexibility plays to co-living sector’s advantage amidst Covid-19 uncertainties)

The 82-room property is located at the fringe of Sydney’s CBD and will soon be renamed Dash Living St Peters, the company says in an announcement.
“The takeover of St Peters property is a significant milestone for us to expand Dash Living’s network into Australia. With the prime location in Sydney, we’re very pleased to include it as the first project and offer affordable accommodation for our tenants, to enjoy the great value and building facilities,” says Aaron Lee, founder of Dash Living.
“All tenants get access to our global centralized customer service & tenant community including events & lifestyle perks,” adds Lee.
The St Peters property ranges from different room types such as its more affordable pocket rooms, regular and master rooms, to apartments with up to four bedrooms. Tenants can enjoy the barbecue facilities and utilise the common outdoor green space.
It was reported that Hmlet had previously exited the Australia market with A$508,408 in unpaid debts, according to the Australian Financial Review.
