Developers sold 1,241 private homes in August

Developers sold 1,241 private homes in August, up 11.7% from 1,111 in July.

The best-selling private project was Le Quest that saw 286 sold at a median price of $1,309 psf. This was followed by Symphony Suites (59 units sold at a median price of $1,071 psf) and Commonwealth Towers (56 units at a median price of $1,662 psf).

In the executive condominium segment, 340 units were sold in August. Sol Acres topped the chart with 66 units sold at a median price of $812 psf. iNz Residence trailed with 55 units sold at a median price of $814 psf, followed by Parc Life with 47 units at $799 psf.
