ERA Realty unveils new digital initiatives for agents and clients

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - ERA Realty Network, one of the largest real estate agencies in Singapore, has announced new end-to-end digitalisation initiatives for its agents and customers. This was unveiled during its Q4 Career Advancement Day on Nov 11. Desmond Lee, Minister for National Development, attended the event and delivered the keynote speech on the digital transformation of the real estate industry.
“ERA is in full support of the government’s initiative to build a trusted digital ecosystem as we move towards an increasingly efficient and convenient Smart Nation. 2020 has been a year of driven changes with industries pivoting to the digital sphere to streamline work processes,” says Jack Chua, CEO of ERA Singapore, the parent company of ERA Realty Network.
The new digital initiatives by ERA includes the adoption of digital document and signature solution by digital signing application provider Dedoco. The software is integrated with the government’s Sign with SingPass feature. ERA says this software will reduce the time spent delivering documents to clients and is a more time-efficient solution for property owners.
“Going digital is inevitable given the current global situation and Dedoco aims to make property transactions as seamless as possible for ERA and its valued clients,” says Daphne Ng, executive director of Dedoco.
ERA is also rolling out a chatbot that enables agents to access project marketing information through Whatsapp. The program was developed in tandem with YOOZOO AI Innovation Lab. The real estate agency is growing its regional network with a partnership with Anjuke, a leading real estate portal in China that boasts mobile traffic of over 100 million users each month.

The agency also announced plans for a major facelift of its headquarters at ERA APAC Centre in Toa Payoh. The renovation will include a fully equipped media room for agents to produce videos or conduct virtual training sessions and meetings. A co-working space will allow agents to network and consult.
“As a leading proptech agency, we aim to innovate or be early adopters so that our agents get the best and most up-to-date technologies to assist in their work. This enables them to provide the best services to their clients,” says Chua.
