A 1,238 sq ft unit at 254 Bishan Street 22 has been put up for sale at $588,000 or $475 psf on TheEdgeProperty.com. The well-furnished HDB flat attracted the most views last week.
According to marketing agent, Adrian Tan from CBRE, the flat is currently owner-occupied and in good condition.
The block is within 800m from Catholic High School. It is also a stone’s throw away from Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park.
In October, there were two 4-room HDB flat transactions within 500m from the subject property. A 1,109 sq ft flat changed hands at $630,000 ($568 psf) and a 1,130 sq ft flat was sold for $538,000 ($476 psf). Based on recent transactions, the average price in the vicinity range from $430,000 to $690,000 depending on the age and floor level of the units.
