Frasers Centrepoint and TCC Group to develop US$3.5 billion integrated district in Bangkok

TCC Assets (Thailand) Co Ltd and Frasers Centrepoint Ltd will jointly develop a 16.7 ha land in the heart of Bangkok. Frasers Centrepoint will hold a 19.9% stake in the joint venture with TCC Assets (Thailand) Co Ltd holding the remainder.

The One Bangkok development will be Thailand’s first and largest fully integrated district built on people-centric principles and a focus on environmental sustainability and smart-city living. The project will be the largest private sector property development in Thailand with an estimated investment value of approximately US$3.5 billion.

One Bangkok comprises five Grade A office towers, five hotels, three residential towers, retail space, civic area, and art and culture facilities. Eight hectares of its total land area of 16.7 ha is also allocated to greenery and open space. The project is targeted to be fully completed in 2025.

The land is leased from the Crown Property Bureau and enjoys a prime location next to Lumphini Park, Bangkok's largest central park. It also has direct linkages to the city's mass transit systems and easy access to the expressway network.
