Freehold retail/commercial units in Siglap up for tender

An entire retail podium at The Domain, comprising six ground floor freehold retail/ commercial units, is being put up for sale through public tender with a guide price of $23 million. The Domain is a four-storey mixed development at Siglap Road / Upper East Coast Road, with residential units on the upper floors.
The six units have a combined strata area of approximately 5,985 sq ft and occupy the entire retail podium of the project. They are currently leased to key tenants ranging from healthcare, wine retail, café to beauty trades. As the units are zoned for commercial use, no additional buyers’ stamp duty and sellers’ stamp duty will be levied.
The project will be conveniently located within a 5-minutes’ walk from the future Siglap MRT Station of the Thomson-East Coast MRT Line and the commercial units are set to benefit from higher pedestrian traffic.
CBRE is the sole marketing agent for the public tender exercise which will close at 3 pm on September 16, 2015.
