GKE Corp awards Benoi Road redevelopment contract to HPC Builders

Singapore-listed integrated warehousing and logistics solutions provider, GKE Corporation Limited awarded the contract for the redevelopment of the 39 Benoi Road property to HPC Builders Pte Ltd. The project will commence on August 1 and is scheduled to be completed in one year.

The redevelopment will expand the property’s warehousing space by 200,000 sq ft, bringing the total to 400,000 sq ft. It will also add 130,000 sq ft of open yard storage space. One storey of the warehousing space will be allocated for specialty chemicals or dangerous goods warehousing. Once completed, GKE will have an aggregate of approximately 1.2 million sq ft warehousing space and 328,000 sq ft open yard storage space.
