JTC launches B2 site at Tuas South Link 2

JTC has released a Confirmed List site at Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 7) for sale by public tender under the 1H2016 Industrial Government Land Sales. This is the fifth of the six Confirmed List sites for the first half of 2016.

The 57,049 sq ft parcel is zoned for Business 2 development. It has a 20-year tenure, with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.

The tender for the site will close at 11am on July 26.
