JTC launches Tuas South Link 3 site under IGLS

On July 25, JTC released a Confirmed List site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 25) under the 2H2017 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme. This is the first of eight Confirmed List land plots released by JTC for 2H2017.

The 0.4ha site is zoned for Business 2 development. It has a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4, and has a 20-year tenure. The tender exercise will close on Sept 19.
