JTC launches two B2 sites for tender

JTC launched two confirmed-list sites at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 5) and Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 9) for tender under the Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme today.

Both 54,657 sq ft Tampines Industrial Drive site and 51,689 sq ft Tuas South Link 2 site have a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4. The sites can potentially yield maximum gross floor area of 76,520 sq ft and 72,365 sq ft respectively.

Tender for the sites will close on February 23, 2016 at 11:00am.
