JUST SOLD: Five-room flat in Queenstown sold above $950,000

A 1,216 sq ft five-room HDB flat in Queenstown changed hands for $955,000 in December 2015. The high-floor unit is located at 22 Ghim Moh Link that was completed in 2013. This was the fifth transaction that crossed the $950,000 mark in 2015.

22 Ghim Moh Link is sited within 600m from Buona Vista interchange station of East-West Line and Circle-Line. Schools within 1km from the block include Henry Park Primary School and Fairfield Primary School.
