Mitsubishi Jisho Residences to launch two Tokyo residential projects

Japanese real estate company Mitsubishi Jisho Residences, part of conglomerate Mitsubishi Corp, will be launching two Tokyo residential projects in Singapore this weekend (Mar 3 and 4) at The St. Regis Singapore. The two projects are brokered by JLL.
The first is 817-unit condominium Prime Parks Shinagawa Seaside, The Tower, which is located within Shinagawa, a trade and transport hub in Tokyo. Slated for completion by March 2019, the 29-storey building comprises one- to four-bedroom apartments.
Units that will be available for sale in Singapore include two-bedroom apartments of 612 sq ft and three-bedroom apartments of 1,044 sq ft. Two-bedroom units will be priced from $625,000, while three-bedroom units will start at $768,000, according to JLL.

Located at Ebisu within Shibuya ward, the second project is 56-unit The Parkhouse Ebisu Minami. The luxury apartment has one- to four-bedroom units sized between 652 sq ft and 1,670 sq ft. It is slated for completion in September 2019.
Prices at the Ebisu development will start from $1.41 million for the smallest one-bedroom unit, according to JLL.
