New property consultancy RHT Chestertons seeks Asian expansion

Real estate firm Chestertons and professional services company RHT Wealth Holdings have launched a new property consultancy firm in Singapore called RHT Chestertons.

The new company will provide services in acquisitions, disposals, leasing and sales, and valuation. It will cover commercial, industrial, retail, and residential asset classes, the company says. It will serve both local and global property owners, investors, institutions, and corporate occupiers.

"By combining our resources and expertise, we will be able to access real estate opportunities globally with RHT Chestertons acting as the gateway to Asia Pacific and Chestertons offering her vast network in Europe, Middle East, and North Africa," says Salah Mussa, Chairman of Chestertons.

RHT Chestertons says it is actively exploring opportunities to set up offices in Indonesia and Vietnam.
