SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Oakwood, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mapletree Investments, has launched a new hospitality brand called The Unlimited Collection by Oakwood. This new brand will involve the curation of independent properties that retains their unique positioning and leverages Oakwood’s hospitality management expertise and distribution network.
The first partnership of this brand has been signed with 8M Real Estate to manage three heritage properties in Singapore. The properties are KeSa House, Ann Siang House, and Wanderlust. According to Oakwood, its new hospitality brand will strengthen the group’s market potential through distinctive residential spaces.

KeSa House is a 60-room flexible living concept with a rotating roster of six restaurants and bars. The row of ten shophouses in Chinatown is located within the heritage Keong Saik neighbourhood. The 20-room Ann Siang House on Club Street has a contemporary design that infused local history. The shophouse where the 29-room Wanderlust is located is a 1920s Art Deco style conservation building in the Little India district.
“Our business success can be attributed to the strategic partnerships we develop, those who share the 8M vision of conservation and community rejuvenation to deliver new experiences to Singapore. This exciting new partnership with Oakwood allows us to leverage their expertise in hospitality management and brings a global distribution network to deliver flexible living residences for locals and travellers alike,” says Ashish Manchharam, founder and CEO of 8M Real Estate.
