OrangeTee & Tie launches free BTO dashboard for homebuyers

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Local real estate agency OrangeTee & Tie (OTT) launched a free Build-To-Order dashboard during its annual OrangeTee & Tie Business Conference 2021 on May 24. The online tool is part of the company’s market analytic suites platform for prospective homeowners, and the new tool targets first-time HDB flat buyers. The BTO dashboard comes with information first time homebuyers will need to make informed choices on their BTO application, as well as other housing alternatives. Information on the free public dashboard includes site analyses of upcoming BTO launches, historical data from previous BTO launches, past subscription rates, and launch prices since 2016.

In addition, OTT is partnering with property developers to share access to its new home sales dashboard, an analytic tool that will provide information on pricing and sales of new private residential properties. (See: Find HDB flats for rent or sale with our Singapore HDB directory)

The agency says this dashboard will further empower industry players to understand trends and patterns in the real estate market, improve productivity regarding market research, and assist in making development decisions such as the unit mix of a development.
