Penthouse at Seascape in mortgagee sale at JLL auction

At JLL’s upcoming auction on March 26, a penthouse at luxury condominium Seascape (above) will be put up for sale. The 4,133 sq ft penthouse has four en suite bedrooms and a study.

The 151-unit Seascape in Sentosa Cove was jointly developed by Ho Bee Land and IOI Group and completed in 2011. All the units at the condo have direct sea views. About one-third of the units have been sold. The last transaction at Seascape was that of a mid-floor 2,680 sq ft unit that was sold for $6.8 million ($2,537 psf), according to a caveat lodged in October 2013. The penthouse that will be put up for auction is a mortgagee sale. The indicative asking price of the eighth- floor unit is $9 million ($2,178 psf). This is $2 million lower than the $11 million ($2,661 psf) paid by the original owner in December 2011.
