Qingjian Realty to launch Le Quest phase 2 sales on May 19

Qingjian Realty has confirmed that Phase Two sales of its mixed-use development Le Quest will start on May 19. The developer reopened the sales gallery from May 12 in anticipation of the sales launch.

Prices for a three-bedroom unit will start from $1.12 million, while a four-bedroom unit will be priced from $1.49 million. “Le Quest is the only mixed-use development in Bukit Batok. Interest in it was likely heightened by last week’s update on the Jurong Region Line. It’s indicative prices in this phase are also competitive given the current market condition”, says Alan Cheong, senior director of research and consultancy at Savills Singapore.

The 516-unit Le Quest will also comprise a childcare centre, supermarket, retail outlets and F&B outlets.
