The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, the first Mandarin Oriental-branded residential development in Southeast Asia, has launched in Bangkok.
Marking the seventh residential project to open for the brand worldwide, the 52-storey development comprises 146 freehold residences overlooking the Chao Phraya river, the city skyline and more than 17,222 sq ft of private gardens.
The THB11 billion development ($495 million) is located in the 20-acre ICONSIAM, a mixed-use development on the banks of the Chao Phraya River offering world-class dining options, luxury retail brands and entertainment choices. It is part of the THB54 billion ICONSIAM precinct and benefits from convenient road-rail-river transport connections, including the new upcoming BTS Gold Line (monorail).
