Retail unit at Queensway Shopping Centre for sale at $7.5 mil

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A retail unit at Queensway Shopping Centre is on the market at a guide price of $7.5 million ($2,743 psf), according to Huttons, which is marketing the property.

It is currently tenanted to Anytime Fitness, which has been operating the gym there for the last six years. It has just renewed the lease for another three years, till May 2024.

The space can also potentially be subdivided into up to seven smaller units for rental to F&B eateries, thus creating a unique F&B mix, says Huttons.

The property is one of the only two large-floorplate units in the mall with 24-hour access, it adds.
