S P Setia holds preview of KL property at Harbourfront Place

S P Setia will preview its latest freehold development Setia Sky Seputeh (below) — a luxury condominium located on a 4.4-acre site within Taman Seputeh — on July 6. The development is situated about 500m from Mid Valley Megamall in Kuala Lumpur.
The development comprises 290 units, with only four to six units per floor. The units range from three- to five-bedders of 2,300 to 3,000 sq ft. Each unit comes with a private lift lobby. Prices start from RM1,218 ($390) psf. Buyers will be entitled to attractive developer rebates (subject to terms and conditions) and S P Setia’s 10:90 promotional scheme, where purchasers need to pay a down payment of only 10% and the remainder upon vacant possession. The development is expected to be completed by 4Q2020.
Setia Sky Seputeh is surrounded by ample amenities ranging from a mega mall to F&B outlets, convention centre, hotels and a transportation hub all a short walk away. The development is situated about 3km to S P Setia’s KL Eco City integrated development, which is connected to transportation links such as the Abdullah Hukum LRT station and Mid Valley KTM Komuter station. With the completion of the High Speed Rail in 2026, the time taken by owners to travel from Singapore to the property and back will be shortened.
