Strawberry Star group invests £47 mil in Greenview Court, London

Strawberry Star Group, the London-based property company, announced their £47 million ($84.2 million) investment in Greenview Court, on Merrick Road Southhall London. The project will be a luxury development of apartments set to launch on Nov 11.

The development features 13 studio suites, 42 one-bedroom units, 46 two-bedroom units, and 17 three-bedroom units. According to Savills Singapore, the marketing agent, prices will start from £340,000.

Strawberry Star says that the project will interest both domestic and international buyers. Residential property selling prices have increased 33% in the last year and rental rates are growing, says Doris Tan, Regional Director of Singapore & Hong Kong at Strawberry Star.

Greenview Court will be launched in Singapore on the weekend of Nov 11 to 12 at St Regis Hotel Singapore.
