Strong turnout at preview of Le Quest

Le Quest was well-received by the public over the first weekend (July 22 to 23) it was previewed, says developer Qingjian Realty.
Le Quest is a mixed-used development in Bukiti Batok. It comprises 516 private residential units and more than 64,584 sq ft of commercial space. When completed, it will have five 12-storey apartment blocks above a four-storey podium that will house retail space, a childcare centre and car parks.

“Le Quest is close to Jurong and it is located in an up-and-coming part of town,” says Alan Cheong, Savills’ senior director of research and consultancy. “The future KL-Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) is an added convenience, which will be a game changer once opened.”
The project has a wide range of units — studios and one- to four-bedroom units. The studios are sized at 431 sq ft and priced from $588,000; one-bedroom units from 495 to 614 sq ft start from $648,000; two-bedroom units from 592 to 829 sq ft are priced from $758,000; three-bedrooms which start from 818 sq ft are priced from $990,000; while four-bedroom units are sized from 1,130 sq ft with prices starting from $1.38 million. The development is expected to receive Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) by end-2021.
Sales of Le Quest will commence on August 5.
