Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Kuantan has been put up for sale by expression of interest. The property is being offered with the benefit of vacant possession which provides prospective buyers with the opportunity to appoint a manager of their choice, according to marketing agent JLL.
The resort sits on a freehold 223,437 sq ft site located along a 213m stretch of Balok Beach on the east coast of Malaysia. It is situated 15 minutes by car from Cempedak Bay, and Kuantan, the capital of Pahang. The property has a GFA of 250,508 sq ft and was opened in 1998. In 2014, the 304-room hotel underwent a partial refurbishment across a number of room categories. The remaining rooms had already been renovated in 2008.
