Sysma Construction clinches $20 mil Nassim Road bungalow contract

Sysma Construction has acquired a $20 million contract to build a two-storey bungalow with an attic and a swimming pool at 54 Nassim Road.

The contract is expected to commence in April upon approval from the relevant authority, and will run for a period of 16 months. Sysma Construction is a wholly-owned subsidiary of construction company Sysma Holdings.

This deal is Sysma Construction’s second major contract in three months, following an $18.6 million contract secured late last year for the construction of a two-storey detached house with a basement, attic and swimming pool at 28 Jalan Kampong Chantek.

“Moving forward, we will endeavour to further build our order book which stands at approximately $80.9 million as at end-March 2019, while maintaining focus on margins and costs,” says Sin Soon Teng, executive chairman and chief executive officer of Sysma Holdings.
