Tender awarded for industrial site at Jalan Papan for $4 mil

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC has awarded the tender for an industrial site at Jalan Papan (Plot 6) to China Jingye Construction Engineering for $4.01 million.

The tender for the site closed on Feb 25, with two bids received. It was launched for tender on Dec 31 last year.

With a land tenure of 20 years, the land parcel is zoned for ‘Business 2’ use, spans about 71,040 sq ft and has a gross plot ratio of 1.4.
