Tuan Sing acquires land at Jalan Remaja for $47.8 million

Tuan Sing Holdings Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Episcia Land Pte Ltd, has exercised an option to purchase a piece of vacant land at 1 Jalan Remaja from Andermatt Investments Pte Ltd. The total cash consideration is $47.8 million.

The freehold site has a land area of approximately 43,557 sq ft with a plot ratio of 1.92. The site can potentially yield about 100 residential units based on the permissible gross floor area of 83,630 sq ft, subject to Episcia’s payment of development charge.

Nestled within a private residential enclave of Hillview area, the site is surrounded by greenery from Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, Bukit Batok Nature Park and Bukit Gombak. The site also offers good transport connectivity to major expressways. The nearby Hillview MRT Station is about 10 minutes’ walk from the site while Marina Bay is within a 30 minutes’ ride.
