URA launches commercial and residential site at Bukit Batok

The Urban Redevelopment Authority has launched a confirmed-list commercial and residential site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 for tender under first half 2016 Government Land Sales Programme.

The 99-year-leasehold site has an area of 158,193 sq ft, which can potentially yield about 425 residential units and a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 64,583 sq ft for commercial use.
