URA releases two sites for sale

URA has released two sites for sale in November 2016 under the 2H2016 Government Land Sales Programme.

The first site, zoned residential with commercial on the first storey, is located at Perumal Road and has been launched for sale under the Confirmed List. Located close to the Farrer Park MRT station, the 99-year leasehold parcel has a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 173,955 sq ft and could potentially yield 200 homes.

The tender for the site at Perumal Road closes on Jan 10, 2017.

The other residential site at Toh Tuck Road is available for sale on the Reserve List. The 99-year leasehold site is located near the Beauty World MRT station. It has a maximum GFA of 282,122 sq ft and could potentially yield 325 residential units.
