‘The Glass House’ up for sale at $7.2 mil

An 8,000 sq ft, semi-detached house at 10B Green Lane, off Tanjong Katong Road, has been put up for sale. The asking price is $7.2 million.

Sited on a 3,356 sq ft freehold plot, the three-storey house comes with an attic and a swimming pool. The façade of the house is almost entirely made of glass, with a few concrete beams supporting the structure of the house. The construction of the property — called “The Glass House” by the owner — took about three years at a cost of close to $3 million. The house has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, with most of the bedrooms larger than a three-bedroom HDB flat.
