SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Two adjoining good class bungalows (GCBs), one at a cul-de-sac at Ewart Park and another on a cul-de-sac at Holland Road, have been put up for sale via an expression of interest exercise. Edmund Tie is the sole marketing agent.

The bungalow at Ewart Park is on 17,300 sq ft of land and the other one on Holland Road is on 15,500 sq ft of land. In total, the combined sites measure 32,800 sq ft. Each site accommodates a double-storey bungalow with four en-suite bedrooms and a swimming pool.

Swee Shou Fern, executive director of investment advisory at Edmund Tie, says: “Opportunities to acquire adjoining good class bungalows like these do not come by often. This is ideal for multi-generational families wanting to live close to one another.”

The bungalows on sale are located within 1km to Methodist Girls’ School and Henry Park Primary School. Other schools nearby include Anglo-Chinese School, Nanyang Girls’ High School, Hwa Chong Institution and National Junior College.

The properties are also near to restaurants, bars and shopping malls at Holland VillageChip Bee Gardens and King Albert Park.

Interested parties may bid for either one or both the properties. The Expression of Interest exercise will close on Apr 14, 3pm.
