Shared workspace firm Arcc Spaces, part of Singapore real estate group Arcc Holdings, has opened its fourth location in Singapore, spanning 25,782 sq ft across Levels 5, 6 and 7 of the Bank of Singapore Centre in Raffles Place.

Able to accommodate more than 300 members, it offers premium serviced offices including private workspaces, flexible co-working spaces and meeting rooms. Individuals and small groups can also work at the open lounges and alcoves.

Private enterprise suites can also be tailored by Arcc Spaces’ in-house design team to reflect a company’s own brand identity.

For larger gatherings, there is a range of collaboration and conference spaces, a members’ lounge and a pantry.

The property had secured its first members in May this year, Arcc Spaces said in a July 16 announcement. Occupants thus far have included family offices, financial services and fintech players, law firms, and companies in the education, recruitment and steel sectors.

Located at 63 Market Street, Bank of Singapore Centre is near Raffles Place MRT Station. The three levels in the building for the new workspace were previously occupied by OCBC.

With this latest CBD location, companies can have the “credibility of a Raffles Place headquarters with the freedom to scale on their own terms”, said Arcc Spaces CEO Justin Chen.

The flexible workspace operator had appointed The Afternaut Group to design its newest location.

Beyond the workspace, members can join the broader Arcc Spaces network spanning Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai and Hong Kong. It also runs community events.

The operator’s three other locations in Singapore are at One Marina Boulevard, where its flagship space was launched in 2020; 75 High Street, off North Bridge Road in the Civic District; and 99 Duxton Road.
